Study: A Calorie is Just a Calorie, But When You Eat it is Important, Too
Although there are other factors to take into account (am I not eating enough throughout the day which causes me to over-eat later, quality of foods eaten, etc.) this is still an important component to consider for all of us, especially for weight loss and maintaining a balanced blood sugar level throughout the day which affects energy level.
