Got A Pain In Your Body?
Corrective Exercise May Be The Anecdote!
This is a self myofascial release (SMR) technique that we use to help clients reduce pain in the hips and back and allows them to posture with feet "facing" forward rather than turned out which oftentimes leads to pain in the back and hips.  Simply sit on the foam roller and roll back and forth through the entire buttocks on each side of the body.  It should be a "hurts so good" type of sensation, never painful.  For more help with your aches and pains, please contact One-to-One for Corrective Exercise.  Remember, we also do all types of "traditional" training as well, in addition to Wellness Coaching for Behavior Change relative to reducing stress, nutritional and exercise adherence, relationship building, and much more.  Just call us or e-mail.
