Happiness . . .

It may be subjective, but happiness is beneficial for risk of illness, survival of illness and longevity.
Perhaps more importantly, a sense of happiness will allow life to be more enjoyable compared to less happy people.
How do we become happier?  Exercise is a "quick fix" for happiness as even a single bout of activity can improve mood.  Taking in good experiences  defeats the brain's tendency to be negative and allows us to feel more confident.  Mental activity such as meditation reshapes the brain and helps us focus on the positive.  "Dwell" on positive experiences for 30 seconds and offset the inclination to remember negative experiences.
May you enjoy this week of "love" and be happy always.
