Pam Holt is recognized as one of the area’s foremost fitness and wellness experts. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Holt uses a combination of knowledge, experience and limitless energy to motivate clients. During her career, she has earned many certifications including certification by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) as a Personal Trainer. Additionally, she has earned a Physical Fitness Specialist and a Group Exercise Leader certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, and a Specialty Certification in Wellness Coaching. Pam was awarded Specialty Recognition by A.C.E. in the area of Exercise and Aging. She also received Specialty Recognition by A.C.E. in Mind/Body Integration. Holt explains, “One-to-One’s method—the integration of specialized personal training, wellness coaching and creative movement — spells quality of life for every individual. The subsequent outcomes for individuals of all ages are amazing when this paradigm is utilized.”
