Partner Personal Training at One-to-One

What is One-to-One's Partner Training?  Simply stated, it is sharing training sessions with a friend, spouse, or family member.  What are the benefits?  The fee for partner training clients is significantly less than individual training, your "partner" is there to support you both in session and out in the real world, and you both get the same great results that One-to-One is able to generate for all their clients.
